Ingredients:
1 package hamburger patties or by the pound
garlic powder
pepper
seasoning salt
liquid smoke
Directions:
If patties lay out allow to thaw and 4-5 drops of liquid smoke first. If by the pound add liquid smoke and other seasoning knead and make patties.
Always add liquid smoke first and then liberally amounts of remaining seasonings and then grill. Use foil to prevent flare ups. Turn burgers only when brown on edge. Remove after brown on second side.
